Are you looking to start the process of re-accreditation? Start by filling out the information below and someone will contact you directly.
Both first time applicants and re-accreditation candidates will follow the same process for achieving accreditation.
Summary of the Application Process:
- Complete the electronic application on the EHNAC website.
- A clarification letter is emailed to gather any required information.
- A detailed letter is emailed to the organization with the complete instructions on the application process.
- Log into the “Log an Application” portal and upload the signed Applicant Agreement, Sentinel Events document, and revenue verification in PDF format or fax to (860) 760-6630.
- Mail payment of applicable application fees [Annual fee, Multiple Program & Site Visit fee(s)] to EHNAC.
