Electronic Health-Care Group Publishes Accountable Care Organization Criteria Draft

Bloomberg BNA’s Privacy & Data Security Law Resource Center just published the latest news from EHNAC on how the non-profit standards development organization and accrediting body announced that the first draft criteria for its newest accreditation program is now released for public review and comment. EHNAC seeks interested parties to provide opinions, comments and suggestions with regard to the necessity, appropriateness and workability of the Accountable Care Organization Accreditation Program (ACOAP) criteria proposed for adoption.

The open process for adopting criteria will last 60 days, commencing on Oct. 22, 2014 and ending on Dec. 22, 2014. Visit www.ehnac.org for more details or to review the latest EHNAC criteria and submit feedback during this comment period.
