Subject to the terms of any agreement between you and EHNAC, EHNAC, its agents, contractors, delegees, and licensees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, even if the Commission, its suppliers or licensors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Commission makes every effort to adhere to the operative criteria and its charter in undertaking assessments and approving or denying accreditations. Nonetheless, it is quite possible that institutions, products, and services evaluated by EHNAC contain critical security or other flaws that are not discoverable as part of EHNAC’s evaluations. 

EHNAC accreditation does not necessarily represent any endorsement of any institution, product or service by EHNAC, other than as expressly stated or referenced within an applicable accreditation.
